Tools for Your Trade
"Tools for your Trade" is a Federal Government Initiative that has been designed to help alleviate the financial burden on eligible Australian Apprentices, in the first year of an Australian Apprenticeship.
If you are an Australian Apprentice working in a "skill needs trade" you may be eligible to receive a tool kit to the value $800 incl gst after completing the first three months of your apprenticeship.

SHIPPING
DE ROSSI INDUSTRIAL reserve the right on how goods are sent. Shipping fee's will be displayed when you proceed to checkout. On exception if the freight fee will not cover our costs DE ROSSI INDUSTRIAL have the right on contacting the customer before sending out any goods on letting the customer know there will be a further charge for freight.
CLAIMS & RETURNS
The customer will be deemed to have accepted the products unless DE ROSSI INDUSTRIAL receives a substantiated written claim by email as to any defects, damage, storage, non delivery or other non conformity with the Contract within (7) days from delivery. Contents of all packages and cartons should be examined in the presence of the delivering carriers, and the carrier's receipt clearly endorsed with details of any alleged shortages or damages. Returns will not be excepted without the prior written approval of DE ROSSI INDUSTRIAL. DE ROSSI INDUSTRIAL reserves the right to reduce the credit or refund for any returns be ten (10%) percent of the original invoice price as a restocking fee.
